Property layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Also contained in this recent document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional process.
